Return & Refund Policy
Given that The Packaging Links Customizes its services and products to meet the needs of its clients, it is advised that customers notify the company via info@thepackaginglinks.co.uk within three working days of receiving their order if any of the delivered products do not meet their requirements or specifications.
Chargebacks are not accepted; however, if the company is found to be at fault for the product, a complimentary reprint of the order is offered. The Packaging Links management team determines the defect.
In order for the order to be properly reprinted, complete orders must be shipped back by the customer within 7 working days at their own expense, along with the necessary paperwork, any product defects, and digital photos. Should the customer’s error persist and they desire a reimbursement, they must return the printed work to us; a chargeback will be issued following the deduction of the product’s setup and shipping expenses from the business.
