Copyrights
The Information you provide in your Products, along with any extra images, logos, text, and other materials, are all your responsibility. You promise not to use any third-party text, picture, image, logo, or copyrighted content in your services unless you have permission from the owners. You guarantee and provide evidence that your products won’t infringe upon any third party’s rights, including privacy, publicity, or copyright, and that they won’t cause harm to anybody else.
Artwork uploaded by a customer
All images, designs, and artwork must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI and be in CMYK format. Any color shifts that happen during RGB to CMYK color conversions are not The Packaging Link’s responsibility. The Packaging Links disclaims any liability for images that appear fuzzy, distorted, or pixilated due to customer-provided artwork.
Content created by customers
The Content that you put in your products, together with any extra images, graphics, text, or other components, are all your responsibility. You consent to excluding from your Products any content, image, design, trademark, service mark, or copyrighted material of a third party, unless expressly granted permission by the owners. You agree to these terms, which include that your products will not infringe upon the rights of any third party, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, or brand name, and that you have full permission to use third-party content in your products. By placing an order on this site, you attest that you have the necessary authority, right, and capacity, and you give The Packaging Links permission to produce the Products.
You understand and agree that you alone bear the responsibility of protecting your password and limiting access to your associated account. You agree to acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any orders placed and other actions made with your linked account. When you, or someone you have given access to, orders any product using your password, you give The Packaging Links a worldwide, premium, non-exclusive license to use, recreate, modify, adjust, display, and copy from the website content and on the product for the purposes of gathering designs or managing print orders.
You acknowledge that The Packaging Links and its staff may, in their sole discretion, remove any Content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise unsuitable. The Packaging Links may keep the content and may add content if mandated by law or if transparency is crucial:
- Cooperate with legal process
- Impose the terms and conditions
- Respond to alleges that Content violates third-party rights
- Defend the rights, assets, or safety of haul packaging and its users.
Components
Please be aware that the print material of our products are not food suitable. Any such request should be made in writing as soon as possible. Please let us know if you have any particular food grade requirements for paper material before making your purchase.
Before printing, the customer is responsible for proof and layout approval
The Packaging Links is NOT RESPONSIBLE for the printing problems caused by any of following:
- Wrong Font Usage and Graphics Alignment Errors in spelling, grammar, or punctuation
- Die cuts that aren’t quite right, slits that aren’t always right
- Size of the end product.
Receipts and returns
All sales are permanent due to the unique nature of each order. We’ll reprint the order if we find out we made a mistake. There are no refunds or exchanges available.
Product Re-prints
Within three business days of the item being shipped, you must notify The Packaging Links of any defects, damage, or missing parts you find in the finished goods. The Packaging Links is not responsible for any errors, damage, or lost products concerns that are not reported within three business days after the delivery date.
To receive replacement products, customers must return at least 99 percent of the items within 10 days after the first delivery date. No returns will be accepted unless The packaging Links has granted prior authorization.
Cancellation of order
The Packaging Links has the ability to cancel your order before to printing or shipment. Regretfully, you will not be able to cancel your order once it has been shipped. Order cancellations are accepted at any point during the manufacturing process, but there will be a cancellation fee. You will be informed of these cancellation penalties by our support team.
